We’re looking for an experienced **Lead Technical Product Owner**to define and drive the solution strategy in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives. Strong presentation and pitching skills are essential to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also own the way of working process, ensuring Agile methodologies and best practices are consistently followed across teams. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of technical Product Owners and Business Analysts. **Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Solution Strategy**: Define and lead the technical solution strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- ** Collaboration**: Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure technical feasibility.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of technical Product Owners and Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, accountability, and Agile execution across teams.
- ** Own the Way of Working Process**: Own and continuously improve the team’s Agile processes and workflows, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across all stages of product development.
- ** Continuous Improvemen**t: Define success metrics, track performance, and drive product iterations based on feedback and data to improve user experience and product quality.
- ** Metrics for Productivity & Efficiency**: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity, delivery efficiency, and overall product performance. Drive initiatives to optimize development cycles, streamline processes, and improve time-to-market.
- ** Presentation & Pitching**: Create and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the solution strategy, progress, and technical concepts in a clear and impactful manner.
- ** Cross-functional Leadership**: Foster strong communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment on solution goals, progress, and key metrics.

**Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 5-7 years in technical product management, with 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven experience leading and working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering Managers.
- ** Skills**: Strong technical expertise, excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- ** Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications (e.g., CSPO, Agile) are a plus.
