As the Assistant Head Waiter, you will lead by example, setting the standard for sophisticated, detail-oriented service. You are the conductor of the dining room, responsible for ensuring every guest's experience is flawless from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Floor:Supervise and guide the waiting staff, ensuring impeccable service standards, flow, and timing during every shift. Expert Knowledge:Act as a final point of reference for guests and staff on our Asian dishes, unique ingredients, and expert wine and cocktail pairings. Guest Engagement:Manage guest reservations and seating, handle special requests, and resolve any guest concerns with grace and professionalism. Mentoring the Team:Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, passion, and continuous improvement. Operational Control:Ensure your section and the broader dining area are perfectly set, maintaining a calm and controlled environment even on our busiest nights. You Are You're a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, with: Proven Experience:Demonstrated leadership experience in a head waiter or supervisory role, preferably within upscale or fusion dining establishments. Confident and Charismatic:A natural leader with a polished and charming presence, capable of inspiring both guests and your team. Cultural Acumen:A deep appreciation for Asian cuisine and culture, with the ability to articulate complex flavors and concepts to our guests.
