Main responsibilities: •    Development of business rules for customer collections risk analysis;•    Analysis of criteria and dimensions of analysis to enrich the model;•    Regular production of reports and/or ad hoc recommendations on the implemented collections risk system;•    Analysis of transaction collection history and identification of dimensions to analyze to identify the type of risk;•    Identification and production of relevant KPIs for conducting appropriate customer collections risk analysis for the business;•    Analysis and reconciliation of customer data, identification of customer control measures;•    Identification of behavioral patterns;•    Preparation of presentations for top management. Experience, Skills and Qualifications: •    High analytical ability and critical thinking;•    Orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines;•    Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and teamwork spirit;•    Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions and new opportunities;•    Good communication skills;•    Higher education degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, or similar;•    Professional experience in areas related to consumer credit risk developed;•    Knowledge of banking processes and procedures;•    Experience in functions related to Operational Risk and Compliance (nice to have);•    Experience in data analysis (data integrity and consistency);•    Proficiency in tools for monitoring process and operation performance;•    Experience in Office tools with a focus on Excel;•    Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
