We are looking for a Data Analyst (Power BI & Azure) for a project in Lisbon. Responsibilities: Develop robust data models using Power BI and Azure tools to support accurate and efficient data analysis. Ensure data extraction processes already in place are running as expected and propose enhancements whenever possible. Support processes with the creation or extension of Power Apps. Propose improvements on existing reports and workflows by analyzing data to help prevent in-service failures and to provide trend analysis to aid collaboration services to improve their daily activities. Monitor performance trends and identify continuous improvement and automation proposals. Perform reporting activities to support management. Focus on the needs of the Team members and enable them to maximize the value delivery to their customer/stakeholders aligned with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives/strategy. Guide the team to develop metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to become better in making predictions and reducing risks. Requirements: Previous experience working as data analyst, data automation, data architect or similar position. Expertise in using Power BI for data visualization, including creating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations. Ability to create and manage data models within Power BI, including Power Query and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). Experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Database. Skills in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into Azure environments. Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Power Shell for data manipulation and automation. Understanding data security and compliance requirements within Azure and Power BI environments. Ability to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports. Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and optimize data processes.
