Process and Quality Officer (French Speaker) Position within the Chief Administration Office focusing on data integrity and Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Responsibilities Ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data. Monitor data processes, perform quality checks, and implement control measures. Conduct regular reconciliations and audits for data accuracy. Implement and monitor data quality metrics. Identify and rectify data quality issues and inconsistencies. Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to stakeholders. Recommend and implement improvements to data management processes. Monitor contract renewals workflow daily. Support manager/order customer on purchase requests. Manage and control derogations for External Assistants. Monitor and control Headcount’s discrepancies. Centralize and follow-up access requests and users’ access in the contract tool. Technical Skills Prior professional experience as a data engineer (0-3 years). Expert knowledge of MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL. Language Skills French – Mastery. Soft Skills Critical Thinking. Analytical Ability. Excellent attention to details. Ability to understand, explain and support change. Client Focus.
