Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales English Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing, looking to take the next step in their sales career. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products or services, and converting leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities. Promote and sell products or services to English-speaking clients based on their needs and interests. Understand customer pain points and clearly communicate how our solutions can address them. Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain up-to-date client records. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital sales and marketing. Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional or native level. 1- 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or digital marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in presenting products or services over the phone and online. Experience using CRM systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Good understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B/B2C environments. Knowledge of digital sales funnels or marketing automation tools. Experience working in a target-driven or KPI-focused role. What We Offer: Base salary + performance-based commission.
