You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Support the office as a first point of contact for incoming telephone inquiries as well as office visitors, guests, and new employees. Schedule and coordinate meetings & events. Accept and forward deliveries, post, and packages. Manage office supplies and services (machine vending, fruit distribution). Process orders via SAP. Maintain office safety and report any issues. This is what you bring to us: Eligible for an IEFP internship. Professional course in secretarial work, administration, management support, or similar areas - level 4. Language skills: English. Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel) and SAP software is a plus. Good organizational skills. Team player with good communication skills.
