ARay.BBDMestá a apoiar uma empresa cliente, multinacional líder na área de inovação e tecnologia, com presença global e um portefólio abrangente em produtos e soluções B2C e B2B, na identificação de umLegal Counselem regime de prestação de serviços. OLegal Counsel será o parceiro jurídico de diferentes áreas internas da empresa, assegurando apoio em todas as questões jurídicas, com particular enfoque no negócio. Responsabilidades: Atuar como Legal Business Partner das divisões e departamentos, garantindo suporte jurídico diário de forma independente. Redigir, negociar e gerir todos os tipos de contratos, em especial contratos comerciais nacionais e internacionais (fornecimento, distribuição, acordos de confidencialidade, colaboração, patrocínio, logística, intercompany, entre outros); Coordenar a relação com sociedades de advogados externas e outros consultores jurídicos. Aconselhar em direito comercial/societário, concorrência, proteção de dados, consumidor, publicidade, anticorrupção. Apoio em tarefas de compliance, nomeadamente preparação e revisão de procedimentos, políticas internas, relatórios, bem como preparação e execução de formações/treino ao negócio; Colaborar com diversas áreas internas de suporte ao negócio, tais como Departamentos de Procurement, Service, Controlling, Logística, etc. Preparar documentação societária, apoiar em secretariado e gerir processos judiciais, administrativos e reclamações de consumidores. Acompanhar temas regulatórios e apoiar iniciativas de Public Affairs. Perfil e Requisitos: Licenciatura em Direito (LL.M. ou Mestrado serão valorizados). Inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados. Experiência de 6 a 10 anos em sociedades de advogados e/ou departamentos jurídicos empresariais. Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito) e em espanhol (fluência ao nível verbal). Team-player e capaz de colaborar internamente a nível local e ao nível europeu e global. Capaz de gerir vários temas de forma independente e de saber estabelecer prioridades.
