Junior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to strengthen the Legal of Banco Finantia:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Analysis and negotiation of cross-border financial documentation (ISDA, ICMA, LMA; syndicated loans, bonds, etc.);
- Draft legal opinions and clarify doubts at the request of the various organisational units of the Group, in collaboration with the Legal Director;
- Follow up on opinions, draft the necessary legal documents once the opinion has been accepted;
- Assess and give opinions on the legal viability of new products, assist in the preparation of the relevant product sheet and liaise with the regulatory authorities to obtain the necessary approvals;
- Draft, analyse and review contracts to ensure legal compliance and minimise risk to the Group;
- Identify, propose and participate in the adaptation of the Group's procedures to new legislation;
- Draft, analyse and review contracts to be signed by Group companies, negotiating their terms, formalising and filing them.
**Desired profile**:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Law;
- Completed Bar Association internship (compulsory);
- Good knowledge of company law and financial products;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Good knowledge of Spanish (preferred);
- Solid knowledge of MSOffice;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- Rigour and attention to detail;
- Customer orientation (internal/external);
- Planning and organisation;
- Ability to negotiate;
- Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning;
- Analysis and critical thinking
