**Descrição**

1] DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled regulatory lawyer to join our legal team. The regulatory lawyer will be responsible for performing tasks related to entities that are supervised by regulators (CMVM and BdP) and will support our senior lawyer in day-to-day activities and tasks regarding and not only managing legal entities.

2] RESPONSABILITIES:
Perform legal research and provide legal and regulatory support on matters related to entities supervised by regulators;
Support a senior lawyer in day-to-day activities such as contract drafting, legal opinions, and regulatory compliance;
Maintain good standards of corporate governance, including compliance with laws, regulations and companies policies;
Draft and review legal documents, agreements, contracts;
Ensure complete compliance with regulations and laws that may affect the companies under management;
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
Manage and discussing the terms of the contracts with external counsel;
Provide support to other departments on legal matters as needed, including real estate complains, corporate issues, etc.
Monitor deadlines and organize calendars according to the laws, regulations and companies policies.

3] SKILLS:
Good English written and spoken;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Client orientation, commercial profile;
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

4] QUALIFICATIONS
A Law Degree from a reputable university;
At least 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in the corporate governance and commercial law.
Enrolment in the Portuguese Bar Association will be an advantage (not mandatory).
Experience in contacting regulatory entities
