Your Role: Moderate content (texts, images, videos) in Dutch, ensuring it meets our community standards and legal guidelines. Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, abusive language, explicit material, and spam, ensuring a positive user experience. Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions to safeguard our platform's integrity and ensure compliance with established standards. Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and continuously improve the moderation process. Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest online trends, challenges in content moderation, and digital safety practices. Deliver high-quality work while hitting performance goals and upholding the integrity of the platform. What We're Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for this role. Strong command of English for communication with team members and leadership. Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus. Keen attention to detail with the ability to make swift, accurate decisions in a high-pressure environment. Great organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Understanding of online safety, community guidelines, and digital security. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary. A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to creating a safer online space.
