How You Will Make an Impact Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain and update vendor databases, including pricing agreements and performance records. Support supplier research and evaluation to strengthen procurement decisions. Track and expedite orders, resolving delivery discrepancies or delays. Coordinate transportation and delivery of goods with internal teams and external logistics providers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
