We are looking for talented, purpose-driven professionals to join our teams Main Tasks & Responsibilities Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance of reporting applications. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to reporting and analytics tools. Manage task tracking and project activities using Jira. Develop data visualizations and reports, ensuring proper integration with backend data sources. Use basic SQL querying to support data analysis and issue resolution. Provide user support by analyzing and resolving reported issues, translating technical insights into clear functional explanations. Offer expert guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Conduct training sessions to promote effective adoption and use of reporting tools. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system functionalities and user support materials. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Functional Consultant or a similar role. Strong background in IT solutions supporting business processes and data quality testing. Experience using Jira for task and project management. Understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts, including backend integration. Basic SQL knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Knowledge of Snowflake or SQL-based databases. Familiarity with Power BI. Experience with finance reporting or ERP data sources. Other Requirements Ability to simplify complex problems and deliver practical solutions. Strong customer focus and commitment to service delivery. Availability to work within the EU.
