Sales Development Representative (SDR)About the Role Spotlite is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify leads and build relationships with senior decision-makers. You'll work with Sales and Marketing to maintain a strong pipeline and support long-term customer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, looking to accelerate their career at an innovative company leveraging satellite-based infrastructure analytics. Location: Coimbra, Portugal (On-site / Hybrid / Remote) Contract Type: Full-time About Spotlite Spotlite combines satellite imagery and AI to help infrastructure operators — including roads, railways, powerlines, and pipelines — detect risks early, act faster, and operate smarter. Our platform delivers deep, actionable insights into ground motion, vegetation growth, and structural risks, enabling clients to prevent failures, reduce maintenance costs, and improve network resilience. We've helped avoid millions in potential outages, reduced inspection costs by up to 75%, and currently monitor 50,000+ km of infrastructure across Europe and beyond. With €5M+ in funding, Spotlite is scaling globally to become the leading platform for infrastructure intelligence — building technology that protects assets, people, and the planet. Responsibilities Prospect and Identify Leads – Research and engage potential clients through email, social networks (LinkedIn), and outbound calls.- Qualify Opportunities – Assess prospect needs, fit, and readiness through structured qualification (e.g., BANT/CHAMP).- Build and Manage Pipeline – Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and next steps.- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing – Work with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.- Set Qualified Meetings – Schedule introductory calls and demos for the
