We are looking for a Scrum Master for a hybrid project based in Porto or Lisbon. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry. A certification in Agile methodologies (e.G., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred. Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with hands-on experience applying them in complex environments. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members effectively. Experience working in an international environment and ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a focus on team success. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus. Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory); Good level ofFrench is a big plus.
