**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join one of the leading multinationals in the Portuguese market, known for its diversified business portfolio. It has a solid culture focused on innovation and digital transformation - offices in Porto (hybrid).
**What you will do**:
- Delivering a project on an Agile methodology;
- Managing the daily activities of project team;
- Working side-by-side with the client to plan releases, help prioritize backlog, gather with stakeholders to unblock team issues, guide team and client towards agile best practices, mitigate risk and manage scope changes;
**What you are like**:
- At least 4 years of work experience as Agile Coach or as a Scrum Master;
- Experience in Agile Project Management;
- Consolidated knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (or other similar tools);
- Scrum certification is a plus;
- Autonomy, organization and sense of responsibility;
- Strong interaction and communication skills;
- A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others;
