Job Description Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Engagement & Internal Communication Lead will collaborate closely with the CPO and the team to drive the overall strategy, vision, and implementation plan. The role will oversee the design and delivery of employee engagement experiences and manage the internal communication strategy for employees. Collaborate with the CPO and the HR team to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that support the overall strategic vision. Lead the creation and delivery of employee engagement programs and activities. Monitor and assess the impact of engagement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve effectiveness. Implement and enhance people recognition and reward programs. Oversee onboarding and offboarding programs, ensuring successful implementation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements. Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Track and report on the progress and impact of CSR activities. Identify opportunities for new CSR initiatives and continuous improvement. Manage all aspects of internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company goals. Develop communication materials such as newsletters, intranet content, emails, and announcements. Ensure timely dissemination of information related to company updates, policies, events, and initiatives. Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication efforts. Use feedback and data to continuously improve communication strategies and tools. Qualifications Storytelling, idea generation, teambuilding, proposal and copywriting Employee surveys analysis and insights Budgeting, tracking, assessing Process development without being too attached to the process Simplifying the complex Progress and Growth Mindset not perfection mindset Advocacy (for yourself and others) Capability to lead people directly 5 years relevant professional work experience in HR/Communication roles Demonstrated ability to serve as an internal consultant, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with different perspectives Demonstrated understanding of the elements and dynamics of organisational change Demonstrated success and interest in professional development and engagement programming with and for diverse audiences; past experience bringing unique, progressive ideas and partners to the table Excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Demonstrated judgement, analysis and decision-making skills People management skills Fluent in english (eliminatory) Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
