Job Description Lead the development and evolution of digital products within the e-commerce ecosystem. Combine team leadership, strategic vision, and results orientation. Ensure the delivery of innovative and high-impact technological solutions that drive business success. Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall e-commerce strategy and business goals. Lead, inspire, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements, strategically prioritising the backlog. Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases within agreed timelines and budgets. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, IT, logistics, etc.) to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions. Monitor product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation. Promote an Agile culture based on transparency, adaptability, and value delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Team Leader in e-commerce or digital transformation environments. Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.). Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, API integrations, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Analytical mindset with a strategic, results-driven approach. Fluency in Portuguese and good technical English proficiency.
