You will be responsible for turning customers into passionate Brand Ambassadors for this pioneer company in the leisure industry
The offer :
- Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, Skype, and chat
- Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Ensure all clients are aware of the company’s innovations
- Being an ambassador for the company
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in English
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written – in Italian
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued
