Este é o desafio ideal para profissionais com experiência emoperações IT e suporte técnico de nível 1 e 2, que valorizam a fiabilidade dos sistemas, a automação de processos e a estabilidade dos ambientes de produção. Sobre a função OIT Operations & Technical Support Engineerserá responsável por garantir o bom funcionamento e a continuidade dos ambientes produtivos e não produtivos, assegurando a qualidade dos serviços e uma resposta eficiente a incidentes. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com as equipas de IT e operações, contribuindo para amonitorização, administração de sistemas e melhoria contínua da infraestrutura tecnológica. Responsabilidades principais Monitorizar proativamente sistemas e aplicações críticas, antecipando falhas e incidentes. Gerir incidentes deNível 1 e 2, efetuando diagnósticos iniciais, aplicando procedimentos e escalando quando necessário. Criar e manterdashboards de monitorizaçãoe planos de produção. Administrar sistemasLinux (RHEL), assegurando o desempenho e a segurança dos ambientes. Colaborar com gestores e equipas técnicas na resolução de problemas e implementação de melhorias. Atualizar documentação técnica e procedimentos operacionais. Participar emprevenções, assegurando a continuidade e estabilidade do serviço. Perfil Experiência emsuporte técnico / operações IT (N1/N2). Domínio de administração de sistemas Linux (RHEL). Conhecimentos sólidos deBash, Python e/ou PowerShell. Experiência comKibana e/ou Grafana(monitorização e visualização de métricas). Experiência com ferramentas demonitorização (Nagios, Centreon)eticketing (JIRA, GLPI CMDB). Noções de integração de dados e automação de tarefas. Disponibilidade para realizar prevenções. Fluência em Francês (obrigatória).
