What you’ll do:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the IT Operations across the Portuguese structure-
- Supervise the IT Operations team, managing the office structure in the different locations such as Lisbon, Aveiro, and Funchal-
- Be responsible for office network, digital signage, AV systems, security access control, and others-
- Be able to automate and act as a specialist for IT internal queries-
- Inventory budget management-
- Support the growth of the Portuguese staff, and when needed liaise with UK Support Teams to solve the needed issues (SO, HW, comms, or others)-
- Support the growth of the Portuguese structure (Software, Hardware, or others)-
- Partner with HR and Operations area to update and maintain IT policies as necessaryWhat you’ll bring:
- Previous experience as an IT Operations Specialist or IT Internal Specialist-
- Proven experience in Computer and Network troubleshooting-
- Leading experience of stakeholders or small teams-
- Ability to deliver work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment-
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work-
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills-
- Native-level fluency in English (mandatory)-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
