People powered. Technology enabled. About the Role We’re expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong ITSM knowledge, and a passion for building efficient, user-friendly solutions. The position requires close collaboration with business and IT teams and involves working on-site in the Lisbon area three days per week. Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to support Service Desk and ITSM processes; Configure and maintain forms, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Service Catalog items; Develop and customize portals using ServiceNow Portal / React Portal; Implement workflows and automations using Flow Designer; Support and maintain CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Change Management processes; Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, including LDAP and custom applications; Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies; Use version control and DevOps tools (e.G. Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, Confluence) to manage development and deployments. Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in ITSM or Service Desk environments; Strong hands-onknowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and custom applications; Experience withUI customization (Forms, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts) and Flow Designer; Programming andscripting skills in JavaScript (mandatory); knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, or Go (Golang) is a plus; Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and Git; Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); Fluent English,both spoken and written; Availability towork on-site 3 days per week in the Lisbon area.
