With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the option to purchase one of our vehicles available for sale. THE ROLE As Indie Campers' Global 1P Performance Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and providing in-depth critiques of our Own Fleet performance across all the countries we operate in—spanning Europe, North America, and Oceania. You will report directly to the Own Fleet Director and work closely with the regional General Managers and Revenue Leaders. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Develop tools to analyze and visualize performance metrics effectively. Provide performance critiques to monitor and assess ongoing results consistently. Work on ad-hoc action plans to address underperformance in critical markets as necessary. Coordinate with regional revenue leads to support rational decision-making and analyze the impact of implemented strategies. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment where performance is subject to close scrutiny. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver compelling analysis within tight deadlines. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Engineering is required. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. Are you ready to Go Indie?
