HR Operations Specialist

SpotLIGHT of the job Are you passionate about creating smooth HR processes and delivering an excellent employee experience? Join our HR Operations team and help shape how we support colleagues across multiple countries throughout their employee journey. In this role, you'll work in a collaborative, international environment and contribute to modern, digital HR processes that make a real difference to the employee experience. Responsibilities Support and execute key HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and reliable employee data for the countries you oversee. Take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks for onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding, always ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Contribute to improving and standardising HR processes by refining workflows and sharing clear, accessible documentation. Support and drive smaller HR projects, especially those related to digitalisation and process optimisation. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR IT-Process colleagues, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure seamless and compliant operations. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. Completed commercial education or initial experience in Human Resources, ideally in an operational role. Strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in creating smooth, people-focused HR processes. Comfortable using MS Office and curious to learn new tools; you enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented way. A true team player who values collaboration and enjoys working in an international, intercultural environment. Confident communication in English; German is a plus and additional languages are always welcome.
