Che sia via chat, telefono o e-mail, sarai tu la persona che ascolta, risolve e fa sorridere il cliente alla fine della chiamata. Le tue responsabilità: Offrire assistenza clienti eccezionale in italiano e inglese attraverso diversi canali (telefono, chat, e-mail). Comprendere le esigenze del cliente e proporre le soluzioni più adatte. Gestire richieste, reclami e problemi con professionalità e pazienza. Collaborare con i team interni per garantire un servizio efficiente e accurato. Mantenere registri precisi e contribuire a un ambiente di lavoro positivo. Requisiti: Italiano fluente e buon livello di inglese (B2). Passione per il contatto con il pubblico lempatia è la tua super forza . Ottime capacità comunicative e di ascolto. Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi a situazioni diverse. Disponibilità a lavorare su turni rotativi (lunedìdomenica, 24/7) con 2 giorni liberi a rotazione.
