Customer Service Representative – French (C2/Native)

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid / On-site

Start Date: January 8, 2026

Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

- Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with C2/Native-level French to join our team in Braga. The role involves providing high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels

- Provide accurate information regarding meal card services and benefits

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards

- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements

- French language proficiency: C2 / Native level (no accent) – mandatory

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Ability to work in rotational shifts

- Candidates must already live in or around Braga or Aveiro

Additional Benefits

- Meal allowance: 7.63 € per working day

- Health insurance from day 1

- Position bonus for Braga: 20 € per month (12 months)
