Job Overview:We are looking for a Hungarian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely from Braga. This role involves assisting Hungarian-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service related to our web services. While prior experience in customer service is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Problem-Solving: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Order Assistance: Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders. Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers (training provided). Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to solve complex issues and improve customer experience. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and products. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Relocation: No relocation support is provided. Candidates should already be based in Braga or willing to relocate at their own expense. Salary Conditions: Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day. Transport Allowance: Not provided. Documents Accepted: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visas (under consultation) Benefits: Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required) and free after 6 months of employment.
