Job Overview:
We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely from Braga. This role involves assisting German-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service related to our web services. While prior experience in customer service is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Order Assistance: Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers (training provided).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to solve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and products.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotative Shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotative days per week

Relocation:

  • No relocation support is provided. Candidates should already be based in Braga or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Salary Conditions:

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day.
  • Transport Allowance: Not provided.
