Join our team as a Car Rental Customer Support Advisor and:

  • Become the friendly voice (or email/chat) that guides customers through their rental car journey.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, billing, and answer questions about our extensive rental options.
  • Be a brand ambassador, suggesting car types and services to perfectly match customer needs.
  • Help us grow by gathering information and processing customer inquiries efficiently.

This dynamic role offers:

  • Salary package (including base, meal & transportation allowance, and benefits) that adds up to over 16 288,72 euros annually.
  • Plus, performance bonus 120 euros per 12months
  • Comprehensive health insurance (free after 6 months).

  • Rotational schedule with weekends and weekdays off (perfect for work-life balance).
  • The chance to work remotely from the comfort of your home in Northern Portugal (or relocate to Braga).

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a native German speaker with excellent English (B2 level).
  • Has a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
