Cross Border Talents is looking for energetic German speakers to join our partner`s team and redefine the customer experience for a leading Automotive Digital Services platform.

Location: Remote for Braga and nearby areas

Start Date: January 8, 2025
Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotative shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotative days

Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period)

Your Superpowers Include:

Your Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: 1,010 EUR (14 payments/year)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
  • Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR/ month (
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month
  • Health Insurance:
    • Coverage from Day 1 (small contribution required).
    • Free after 6 months of service.
