Join Our German-Speaking Customer Service Team in Porto Position: Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)Location: On-site in Porto Start Date: 6 November 2025 Your Mission: Be the reason someones day gets better. As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our German-speaking customers providing support, solving problems, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience. This is more than a job its a chance to connect, grow, and be part of an international team that truly values what you bring to the table. What Youll Do: Offer top-quality customer support in German via phone, chat, and email. Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Handle inquiries, feedback, and issues with professionalism and empathy. Work closely with other departments to resolve requests efficiently. Keep accurate records and maintain service excellence at all times. What You Bring: Fluent German (spoken and written). Good English communication skills (B1+ or higher). Passion for helping people and solving problems. Patience, positivity, and a friendly personality. Flexibility to work in rotative shifts (MondaySunday, 06:0021:00). 2 rotating days off per week.
