In this role you will: Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets To be successful in this role, the following is needed: C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included) Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule Good computer skills (required) Ability to generate empathy in written form Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues Ability to manage time and meet goals What Life at Transcom is like At Transcom, we're relentlessly committed.
