We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.Decskill Boost: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.Decskill Connect: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for a Senior Application Support (Linux) to join us in a project in Oporto (hybrid model).Responsabilities:Effectively manage and solve production incidentsFollow-up and coordinate changes and technical operations (electrical shutdown, servers mode, Disaster Recover procedures, etc.)Participate in change management (applications and infrastructure), which involves collaborating with different teams such as development, sysadmin, DBA and networkingKeep documentation up to date: document the components and operations of the applications (architecture, procedures, supervision need)Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring testsMonitor applications and infrastructure in an effective way, compliant with the established SLA for all business linesControl load capacity for the applications · Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of existing proceduresWork closely with the development teams on defining the architecture of new applications, according to the infrastructure standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;More than 7 years of experience in Linux Troubleshooting;Experience in monitorization (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK);Experience in Powershell or Bash (mandatory)Experience in GCP or Kubernetes (is a plus);Fluent in English (mandatory)If you’re interested in this job please send your CV in English to with reference “MF/SL”
