Senior HR Knowledge Owner

We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Knowledge Owner to oversee and enhance the Knowledge Module within our MyHR platform. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert for knowledge management, ensuring quality, consistency, usability, and continuous improvement of HR knowledge. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define standards, implement best practices, and align knowledge management with organizational needs. Are you in? Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role Own and govern the Knowledge Module on the MyHR platform, aligning it with stakeholder needs, team feedback, and organizational priorities Act as a subject matter expert in knowledge management in ServiceNow, defining standards, governance, and best practices Review and maintain knowledge content to ensure high usability and accessibility Translate HR business requirements into actionable technical specifications, collaborating with IT Platform Owner and IT Architect to implement solutions effectively Monitor and enhance module performance (technical and conceptual) by identifying improvements and defining action plans Coordinate with stakeholders from People Services, Global Service Designers, and other modules, ensuring smooth alignment of dependencies and projects Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and enablement efforts related to the Knowledge Module, promoting a culture of continuous improvement Your ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed Background in HR (HR Operations, HR Digital or similar), with solid knowledge of HR processes and platforms (experience with ServiceNow is an advantage) 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related or process-oriented roles, with expertise in knowledge management and content governance Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality Proven ability to translate business needs into technical/functional requirements (e.g., Jira user stories) Experience collaborating in cross-functional, international environments with various stakeholders Good communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics effectively Fluency in English *Please send us your CV in English Contact: *Diogo Venâncio, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
