PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES O Head of Development Services é responsável por um segmento especifico da PLACER e pela gestão das respetivas equipas multidisciplinares dedicadas a esse segmento, incluindo as equipas de arquitetura, engenharia e construção. Algumas das suas responsabilidades incluem: Angariação de clientes e gestão de relações comerciais; Definição de estratégia e identificação de oportunidades de desenvolvimento de negócio; Acompanhamento dos projetos e tomada de decisões chave; Gestão dos objetivos e pipeline de receita; Gestão da sua própria equipa multidisciplinar; Distribuição e alocação dos projetos; Gestão da entrega aos clientes; Gestão da performance global e individual da equipa; Definição de objetivos e progressão de carreira.
