Requirements:  At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.  Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.  Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.  Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.  Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.  Attention to visual details.
