Job DescriptionWe are looking for you, an IT Solution Manager (m/f/diverse), to join our Information Technology team in the area Business Applications for Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law. Hybrid Work is possible. The main objective of this position is the responsibility for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance. Core Responsibilities:› You work as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law › You ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners › You are responsible for handling of tickets, incidents and changes › You steer, plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager / business key users › You control the budget for services and create order requisitions › You provide support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies and architecture › You are actively involved in global IT and business projects › You assist in the development of global standards, strategies and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law QualificationsBasic Qualifications:› Academic Degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification › Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciated › Excellent communication skills › Business fluent English skills (spoken and written) › Teamplayer with willingness to work in a global team environment › Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved › Independent, structured, result- and customer-oriented working style Preferred Qualifications:› Several years of professional experience in IT service management or project environment › Knowledge or experience in service management, e.g. as a service or application owner › Knowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW and Mendix › Experience in managing external service providers Additional InformationWhat we offer: Compensation package: 14th salaries plus performance bonus Health Insurance and Life Insurance; Lunch Allowance: in line with local regulation Flexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work. Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly. Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism).
