Job DescriptionWe are looking for you, an IT Solution Manager (m/f/diverse), to join our Information Technology team in the area Business Applications for Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law. Hybrid Work is possible.The main objective of this position is the responsibility for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance. Core Responsibilities:You work as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & LawYou ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partnersYou are responsible for handling of tickets, incidents and changesYou steer, plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager / business key usersYou control the budget for services and create order requisitionsYou provide support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies and architectureYou are actively involved in global IT and business projectsYou assist in the development of global standards, strategies and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & LawQualificationsBasic Qualifications:Academic Degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualificationExperience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciatedExcellent communication skillsBusiness fluent English skills (spoken and written)Teamplayer with willingness to work in a global team environmentVery good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all parties involvedIndependent, structured, result- and customer-oriented working stylePreferred Qualifications:Several years of professional experience in IT service management or project environmentKnowledge or experience in service management, as a service or application ownerKnowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW and MendixExperience in managing external service providersAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Compensation package: 14th salaries plus performance bonusLunch Allowance: in line with local regulationFlexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work.Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly.Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries).Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism). Seniority days added starting from 3 years in the company.Referral Bonus - A bonus of 500€ or 750€ (depending on the seniority of the candidate) is paid for each referral.
