ITSM Solution Consultant (M/F) - Lisboa A Milestone está à procura de um(a) colega com experiência como ITSM Solution Consultant para um Operador de Telecomunicações na área da grande Lisboa. O que valorizamos: · Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia Informática, Informática de Gestão ou áreas similares. · 4 a 6 anos de experiência profissional em projetos de implementação de plataformas ITSM, preferencialmente ServiceNow. · Experiência comprovada em desenho funcional e técnico e implementação de sistemas de informação baseados em processos de serviço. · Experiência prática em módulos ServiceNow (por exemplo: ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request. · Residência na área metropolitana de Lisboa. Que missão temos para ti: · Participar ativamente em projetos de consultoria tecnológica, desde a fase de pré-venda até à entrega em produção. · Identificar, recolher e documentar requisitos funcionais e técnicos junto dos stakeholders de negócio e de TI. · Desenhar soluções técnicas em plataformas de ITSM, preferencialmente ServiceNow, incluindo integrações com ferramentas de monitorização, falhas e desempenho. · Traduzir requisitos de negócio em especificações de desenvolvimento para soluções digitais, alinhadas com boas práticas ITIL e recomendações ServiceNow . · Configurar e desenvolver componentes simples em ServiceNow · Apoiar o desenho de arquitetura de soluções ServiceNow em conjunto com a equipa de arquitetura e outras equipas técnicas. · Regime de trabalho Híbrido.
