We are looking for an **ITSM Consultant **to join our team in **Lisbon or Porto**

**Qualifications/Key Skills**:

- Between 2 to 3 years of experience;
- Experience in administration and support of Service Desk platforms, preferably from BMC (BMC Remedy ARS, ITSM Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM);
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Experience in administration and support of Service Desk platforms, preferably from the manufacturer BMC;
- General knowledge of Microsoft systems;
- General knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle and/or MySQL databases (SQL queries for example);
- Generic programming knowledge (.NET, Java, Perl, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
- Knowledge in configuring and programming Service Management or Service Desl tools, preferably platforms from CA- Computer Associates (Broadcom);
- Good expression skills, written and oral, in Portuguese and English.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge in ITIL and respective training;
- Knowledge and experience in Web Services (SOAP and/or REST);
- Knowledge and experience in Web servers are valued (IIS, Tomcat, Apache);
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server;
- Knowledge in Spanish.
