Job Offer: German-Speaking Customer Service Representative Remote (Rent-a-Car Company) Location: Remote (based in Portugal)Start Date: 15/05Languages Required: Fluent German (spoken & written), good English for internal communicationContract: Full-timeSalary Package: 1,030/month, paid 14 times per year 10/month performance bonus (120/year) 30/month complexity bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 20:00 (rotational shifts) Saturday: 08:00 16:00 Sunday: 08:00 17:00 Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week About the Role Join a leading international rent-a-car company as a Remote Customer Service Representative, assisting German-speaking clients. Youll help with bookings, inquiries, and customer concerns all while working from home in Portugal. Your Responsibilities Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat Assist with car reservations, changes, and issues Provide policy information and solutions in a professional manner Follow internal procedures and escalate when necessary Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs Your Profile Fluent in German (spoken and written) required Good level of English for training and internal use Experience in customer service is an asset Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends Home office setup with stable internet connection What We Offer 1,030/month base salary (×14 months) 30/month complexity bonus 10/month performance bonus 100% remote work within Portugal Paid training and onboarding International, supportive work environment Career development opportunities in a recognized travel brand Interested?
