Key Responsibilities for the Customer Support Agent in Lisbon Deliver top-tier support to Russian and Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, efficiently resolving their queries and issues. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful assistance to clients. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate customer issues when necessary to maintain high client satisfaction levels. Collaborate with internal teams to convey client feedback and contribute to service enhancements. Document all client interactions and service requests meticulously to support continuous improvement in customer experience. Exhibit professionalism and empathy consistently in all client communications. Essential Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Support Agent Role Fluency in both Russian and Polish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within our international teams. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
