Estamos a apoiar uma empresa de referência no setor da energia, dedicada à investigação, desenvolvimento e aceleração de soluções tecnológicas inovadoras, que promovem a transição energética e a descarbonização. No âmbito do seu processo de crescimento, pretende recrutar um Senior Energy Analyst / Project Manager em regime full remote. O profissional a integrar esta equipa assumirá um papel estratégico na coordenação de atividades de Investigação & Desenvolvimento e aceleração de produtos e serviços, com foco nas novas dinâmicas do setor energético — eletrificação, mobilidade elétrica, recursos distribuídos, casas inteligentes, flexibilidade e IoT. Entre as principais responsabilidades, destacam-se: · Coordenar atividades de I&D e aceleração de soluções no domínio do novo downstream energético; · Realizar estudos técnicos e apresentações de apoio ao desenvolvimento de negócio e produtos; · Contribuir para a preparação de propostas de negócio e candidaturas a projetos; · Apoiar a gestão e execução de projetos, assegurando a coerência técnica e a ligação com os objetivos estratégicos; · Analisar o mercado e as tendências tecnológicas associadas à transição energética; · Efetuar análises de "state of the art" sobre temas emergentes no setor; · Desenvolver pesquisa aplicada e estudos de viabilidade para identificar novas oportunidades de negócio; · Apoiar as equipas centradas no utilizador em atividades de descoberta e desenvolvimento de produtos. Perfil pretendido: · Formação superior em Engenharia (Mestrado ou Doutoramento) ou área relevante para a função; · Experiência mínima de 5 anos no domínio da transição energética, idealmente em contexto de inovação ou desenvolvimento tecnológico; · Interesse e conhecimento atualizado sobre tendências de inovação no setor da energia; · Paixão pela transição energética e por soluções sustentáveis; · Elevada capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas; · Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral, tanto em português como em inglês; · Capacidade de articular conhecimento técnico e de negócio; · Facilidade em trabalhar com equipas multidisciplinares. · Residência na zona da Grande Lisboa é fator preferencial.
