Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experiences that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesWhat's the VIE Forvia Program all about?The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiaries around the worldBusiness France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.What is your role and surroundings?The Plant Controller VIE is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.What will be your main missions?Ensure compliance to all financial procedures.Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies.Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, ...) and internal control basics.Provide reliable financial / controlling information.Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget and periodic forecasts.Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance.Update information into the ERP System (SAP).Ensure reliability of standard costing.Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control.Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information.Contribute to the control and management of the plant's operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues).Support finance & plant team with a range of administrative and financial tasks.The mission will last 12 months.Your profile and competencies to succeedWhat you need to join us?Master's degree in Finance.First experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in an industrial environment.Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems.Solid accounting knowledge.Strong teamwork.Good communication skills.Fluent in English.Who are we looking for?International mindset.A proactive approach to work and optimistic energy.Good interpersonal skills.What we can do for youYou will work within an international team full of energy.You will work on challenges that matter.You will find a strong emphasis on talent development and abundant opportunities for growth.You will have the autonomy to launch processes and to be accountable for them as a process owner.A powerful VIE community spirit within Forvians.Why join usFORVIA is an automotive technology group at the heart of smarter and more sustainable mobility.
