Financial Performance Control

The Plant Controller VIE will be involved in the controlling of a plant to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. The key missions will include ensuring compliance to all financial procedures, developing and executing internal finance procedures, and providing reliable financial and controlling information to stakeholders.

VIE Program Overview

As part of the VIE Program, the selected candidate will work for a subsidiary of Forvia around the world. Business France will handle the administrative procedures of the assignment. The candidate will not be able to perform a VIE in the country of their citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to all financial procedures
  • Develop and execute internal finance procedures
  • Provide reliable financial and controlling information
  • Participate in financial forecasting processes
  • Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting
  • Update information in the ERP system
  • Ensure reliability of standard costing
  • Contribute to controlling analysis and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with the Shared Service Center
  • Support the finance and plant team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance and experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
