Our Survey department plays a crucial role in ensuring precision in hydrographic and topographic measurements across various projects. We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Party Chief to lead our survey team on our offshore vessels, equipped with cutting-edge survey equipment.Responsibilities:Optimize productivity and efficiency while maintaining effective communication with key project stakeholders.Monitor progress and quality of works using survey equipment and software.Ensure timely production of survey deliverables, meeting the highest quality standards.Requirements:At least five years of relevant experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the offshore industry.Familiarity with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar.Practical acumen and ability to adapt to a challenging and remote environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Natural ability to empower and motivate team members.Fluency in both spoken and written English, with additional language proficiencies valuable.Willingness to work on board of one of our vessels in a 5 weeks on/5 weeks off rotation schedule.What You Can Expect:No two days the same, with projects worldwide across multiple sectors.Award-winning colleagues in an international team dedicated to exploring new horizons.An environment where you can flourish, with the freedom to make the role your own and collaborative teamwork.Continuous development through a training pathway that allows you to grow personally and professionally.Exploration opportunities to develop and explore your own horizons with locations across the globe.An extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance.A people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing.
