Lead Our Survey Team as a Party Chief

At DEME Group, we're pushing the boundaries of technology in a rapidly changing world. Our Survey department is a key player in ensuring precision in hydrographic and topographic measurements across various projects. We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Party Chief to lead our survey team on our offshore vessels, equipped with cutting-edge survey equipment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Optimize productivity and efficiency while maintaining effective communication with key project stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and quality of works using survey equipment and software.
  • Ensure timely production of survey deliverables, meeting the highest quality standards.
Your Profile
  • At least five years of relevant experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the offshore industry.
  • Familiarity with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar.
  • Practical acumen and ability to adapt to a challenging and remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Natural ability to empower and motivate team members.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, with additional language proficiencies valuable.
  • Willingness to work on board of one of our vessels in a 5 weeks on/5 weeks off rotation schedule.
