Context As Ivy Partners continues its rapid expansion, we are strengthening our internal IT team with a hands-on, versatile professional. This cross-functional role covers classic IT operations (workplace, internal resources, support) while also taking on more advanced responsibilities in cloud management, security, and automation. Your Role: Workplace, Platform & Security Engineer You will contribute across a broad technical perimeter, including: 1. Azure, Cloud & Applications M365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams Security configuration and monitoring Full lifecycle management of cloud applications 2. Security Operations Implement corporate security standards in collaboration with the CISO Perform daily security monitoring Support incident investigation and response activities 3. Industrialization & Automation Standardize IT processes (ITIL, Security, Project, Business Analysis) Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices (GitHub/GitLab) Contribute to automation initiatives across cloud, security, and platform layers 4. Workplace & Corporate Resources Management Manage Windows, Mac, and Linux devices, including automated deployment, updates, and hardening Maintain the inventory and full lifecycle of IT assets Oversee printers/MFPs through centralized management Manage meeting room systems and collaboration devices (e.g., Teams Rooms) 5. Support & Helpdesk Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support across the company Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of daily support tickets About You 3–5 years of experience in Workplace / IT Operations, ideally with exposure to security and automation Strong soft skills: rigorous, service-oriented, autonomous, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment Solid expertise in Azure/M365 administration: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, M365, Defender suite Scripting skills: PowerShell required; Bash or Python is a plus Nice to have: DevSecOps practices (Terraform/Ansible), GitHub/GitLab You are fluent in English and Portuguese, French or German is a plus Why Ivy Partners?
