Support small and medium-sized businesses via phone, chat, and email. Assist clients with Meta’s advertising products and digital tools. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Resolve customer issues and deliver excellent service. ✅ Requirements
English proficiency at C1 level or above. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle sensitive information professionally. Team spirit and willingness to learn. What We Offer
