Using advanced analytics and automation, Nixar identifies the right influencers, predicts campaign performance, and streamlines execution from start to finish.We help brands scale revenue through smarter creator partnerships, delivering measurable results, transparency, and frictionless campaign management.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the sales cycle from first contact through close.In this role, you will identify and engage fashion and DTC brands, run discovery, present Nixar’s platform, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers. You will work closely with the founding and growth teams and play a key role in shaping Nixar’s go-to-market motion.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, enjoys consultative selling, and is excited to grow with an early-stage, AI-driven Saa S company.Responsibilities include:- Prospect and engage fashion and DTC brands through outbound and inbound channels.- Qualify leads and run discovery calls to understand brand goals, challenges, and budgets.- Present product demos and clearly communicate Nixar’s value around performance-driven influencer marketing.- Own opportunities from the first conversation through negotiation and closing.- Manage and forecast your pipeline with accuracy using the CRM.- Work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and sales playbooks.- Gather and share market feedback to influence positioning, pricing, and product direction.- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and pipeline targets.Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a full-cycle commercial role.- Experience owning deals end-to-end or a strong desire to do so.- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social commerce, and the creator economy.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, and negotiation.- Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for results.- Ability to learn and clearly explain a technical and data-driven product.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.Bonus points if:
